Some users experience this issue, particularly when using Internet Explorer. If you receive this error, the solution is to save the document to your hard drive (in Internet Explorer, right click on the link and choose Save Target As…) and then open it from there. Currently, there is no work around for this.
For users who are able to, you can download Firefox or another standards compliant browser to avoid the problem.
