After one year Avaya is in serious problems because they are out of cash. So now they are trying to convince wall street they are healthy and ready to jump in the public market again!? Nortel deal wasn’t really as good as they are saying. They have 6 billion in debt, last week they acquire Sipera I don’t know where will the money come from to pay another takeover. So I think basically they are almost out of money to run the business. So sad.
