Nick Lippis delivers the keynote address at Avaya’s Developer Day at the TMCnet Communications Developer Conference heald on May 14th in San Jose. Late last summer the IP telephony industry accelerated its software focus with unified communications and communications-enabled business processes (CEBP) initiatives and offerings from all major suppliers. CEBP injects communications into business process to reduce human and system delay, thus speeding up workflow and increasing an organization??сми?s response to business events. CEBP promises to increase corporate productivity and change the global economy much like the Internet did. How will CEBP be brought to market? Will CEBP be implemented at the pace of a consulting engagement at a time or are there pre-packaged solutions that will speed its deployment and economic benefits. In his keynote address Nick Lippis, Publisher of the Lippis Report, shares his views and opinion on this emerging new era of increased corporate productivity through the convergence of applications and communications.
