		<description>I am trying to download the white paper -- I have tried logging in but apparently forgot my password - when I try to get it my user name and email don&#039;t match so it wont give my my password.  When I try to register as new, it says it has my email (of course since I get the great newsletters), so it won&#039;t register me as new.
